Problem is caused by the fact that http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/discovery/development/7.0.0.Alpha2a/ contains a pointer to the nightly JBDS site, which changes every time the a respin happens.

So... I need to adjust my publishing process so that the URL embedded in http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/discovery/development/7.0.0.Alpha2a/ is a pointer to http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/updates/development/7.0.0.Alpha2a.core/ instead of http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/builds/staging/devstudio.product_70/all/repo/

(and similarly for JBT discovery site, too).
