All of the docs for 4.0.0 have the correct version number [http://docs.jboss.org/tools/4.0.0.Final/].

4.0.1 do not all have correct version number.
* Docs did not change from 4.0.0. Suggest docs residing in http://docs.jboss.org/tools/4.0.1.Final/ should be deleted. Then what to do with the 4.0.1 html page? State that the 4.0.0 docs are valid and relist them?
* These docs are being built out of 4.0.x branch so need to change version numbers in branch in case docs do change and need automatically building with jenkins.

* nightly/trunk has latest docs pulled from master branch. Suggest these should have version number 'latest'. Then when branch is made for release, the version numbers are updated in the branch only and there will be a specific jenkins job to build from the branch.
