[~sbunciak] we apparently hit some blocking of the health-check when on chinese network (OpenShift QE in China). I'd love you to check if you can successfully create an application with an embedded cartridge using JBDS6. You should use a dedicated DEVENV (ping #libra to get one) and not require a proxy/use the corporate network - not VPN (with a proxy all works fine for chinese QE). Thanks!
