[~maxandersen] Translating your comments into concise instructions:

* "DO NOT use groupId & artifactId until we refactor all the site/pom.xml files to have meaningful GAVs" (which is NON-urgent), and
* "DO reorder the current URL to put JOB_NAME before project.version"

Therefore I'll commit this today, and close this issue. For future tweaks, see: JBIDE-14016
