Index pages for http://docs.jboss.org/tools/4.0.1.Final/ and http://docs.jboss.org/tools/4.0.0.Final/ fixed, including last mod date, copyright year, and replacing "Latest Version" with the appropriate version.

[~maxandersen], as requested, I'm assigning this back to you because I believe we've solved the current pressing issues. 

If you decide you still need to reorg things, please make sure to update the job that publishes the 4.0.x docs so that it targets the correct new folder path. That way if we DO need to rebuild docs to fix typos, we won't end up with two versions of 4.0.1 doc.
