Yes Rob. I think all information are in 'Steps to Reproduce' - the issue here is that in FRESH workspace and with NO Archives view opened, there is no chance to create nested archive via archives explorer. As workaround here, you simply open Archives view - this magically enables creating nested archive via explorer.
