(From Paul) The current locus update site that Teiid Designer fetches plugins from is here:

http://download.jboss.org/teiid/designer/updates/locus

If we're going to do this refactoring in time for Teiid 8.1 to use it, we need to do it today so they can adopt it for their release next week.
