Unfortunately  'package org.w3c.dom.events [3.0.0,4.0.0)' can't resolve to implementation from inside the JVM because of the version constraint. OSGi resolves to JVM only when version is 0.0.0 or when there is no version.
Our Orbit mirror contains a org.w3c.dom.events bundle, see http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/requirements/orbit/I20130321031113/plugins/

Also, maybe we should ask feedback to [~gercan] since VJET may be a dependency for aerogear or hybrid component in a near future.
