[~phantomjinx] you mention in TEIIDDES-1681 you posted an upstream patch but I can't find it.

Link points to https://github.com/Teiid-Designer/locus/commit/175b30552306dfd053eaf77d0a1f50c87a2a046b which is not a patch against mockito but the pre-locus repo.
