[~carsten.pfeiffer]: I think we are highly interested in getting those patches part of SWT for Kepler. It's most likely that the SWT team does not have a serious look at comments on bugs that are marked as "resolved fixed". so I think in order to get more consideration from the SWT team, you should open another bug "Support for XulRunner 1.9.2 for Windows 64 bits" where you would put your patches and have a dedicated discussion.
Then link from 199660 to this new bug, and put "4.3.M7" as target version for this new bug.
