The JBTIS 4.1.0.Final site references updates/integration/locus/1.0.0.x/ which does not exist.  For the time being, JBTIS should reference updates/integration/locus/1.1.0.CI.

Once a stable site for locus is created, all configuration (i.e. target platform and associated sites) should be updated to point to the stable URL (i.e. development or stable, but not integration).
