when you say utility projects you mean plain jars and not the utility module type, right ?

Meaning the jar is actually already zipped.

So you are asking for actual concrete zipped jars inside your project to be exploded when copied over ?

Not sure why that should make any difference for redeployments since its a zip it would need to be fully unzipped everytime not just one class at the time ?
