All looks good.  I cleaned up 6.0.0.GA.jbds-is-target-platform.  7.0.0.GA.jbds-is-target-platform is populated.  Also - http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/development/kepler/integration-stack/esb/1.5.0.Final/ now exists.
