Based on comments in JBIDE-15345 (https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-15345?focusedCommentId=12797613&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-12797613 ), I've pushed the 1.5.300 bits into this URL too:

http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/stable/kepler/integration-stack/esb/1.5.300.Final/
