Actually this is not a best example because login.jsp doesn't contain any css refrence and it's reference from upstream pages. But for example standard.jsp contains reference to css so it could possibly use it for rendering. Anyway I'm not sure here what could be expected so fell free to ignore this. Same for images. See footer image is not rendered.
