Arg!!!  I've been misreading that URL the whole time!!!  I've been reading that as: http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/integration/kepler/integration-stack/ which is clearly different that what you are using.  My bad.

I have no suggestions or comments.  Nothing to see here.  Move along.
