Ok. Then let's keep the feature for now. When Eclipse bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=417429 is resolved, we'll check whether we'll still need org.eclipse.osgi.compatibility.state and which set of bundles is enough for the various tests.
