Naming convention w/ Red Hat JBoss Developer Studio in URLs and file paths is as follows:

a) if there's no part of the URL or filename with "jboss" in it, then use "jbdevstudio"
b) if some part of the URL or filename has "jboss" in it, then use "devstudio"

There is no convention that uses "jbds".

Therefore, as [~maxandersen] said:

This can either be done as a redirect from one page to the other, or simply by renaming the page (assuming that all links to it can be caught and updated too, eg. this page https://www.jboss.org/products/#DT -> "Information" -> https://www.jboss.org/products/jbds.html )
