As far as I know, Firefox/XULRunner isn't ported to GTK3. See http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FirefoxGtk3
Even if it is, Eclipse supports XULRunner <= 10 (the current XULRunner version is 26) and the VPE editor additionally requires JavaXPCOM that isn't included in any versions greater than 1.9.
