http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/webtools/luna/ is now populated with 4.2.0.Alpha1-v20131211-0610-B31.

Once the upstream is fixed in a new version of Eclipse Luna JEE, this issue can be verified and closed (using Luna M5, due Feb 7 2014).
