I think you missed a couple files. I'm seeing 4 files that reference target-platform-utils version 0.0.1 (in the 4.3.0 branch):

./jbdevstudio/multiple/pom.xml
./jbdevstudio/unified/pom.xml
./jbosstools/multiple/pom.xml
./jbosstools/unified/pom.xml
