* Building browserSim standalone means building a jar file with browserSim, which you can run in your computer without JBDS. [Here|https://dl.dropbox.com/u/119366103/browserSim/screenshot/browsersim.jar] is an example. We can build this jar without building any bundle/feature(this way *org.jboss.tools.vpe.browsersim* and *org.jboss.tools.vpe.browsersim.browser* will be old-versioned), or  we can firstly build this plugins(use -Pbootstrap for this) and jar will be created with fresh builded plugins. 
I use standalone build for testing browserSim on different platforms.
AFAIK standalone browserSim will be available for download.
