That said, I'm unable to test against the server. I keep getting this message as the error:

javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: {http://types.complex.jaxws.ws.test.jboss.org/}RegistrationServiceImplService is not a valid service. Valid services are: {http://complex.jaxws.ws.test.jboss.org}RegistrationServiceImplService

So it looks like the tester is picking up the first NS declaration in the envelope body, which has usually been the right one. But in this case is not.
