I agree, generally speaking there seems to be issues with namespaces; if you look at the schema that's referenced by the wsdl (http://localhost:8080/jaxws-complex/RegistrationService?wsdl=Registration.wsdl) you'll notice that the Customer in the Register type should belong to "http://complex.jaxws.ws.test.jboss.org/" namespace, not to "http://complex.jaxws.ws.test.jboss.org/" as I can see in your message above https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-13527?focusedCommentId=12753768&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-12753768 .
