If we limit these wizards to show up only when certain plugins and even only within a certain perspective then 
we are going against the whole purpose of JBoss Central.

JBoss Central is mainly for newbies and to have a stable place for docs/trainers etc. to send users to find the right starting point. These users won't know which perspective to go to anyway.

2) It's fine plugins can contribute wizards once they are installed as mentioned on Nov 1 I think we need to reorg central to be able to handle this - maybe have a set of tabs "JavaEE", "Mobile", "Integration" which shows wizards based on category. Or a combo to select which one you want...something not dependent on the perspective you are in since then it just won't be shown in the most common case.
