So, technically, here is what I suggest:
* We remove all .Alpha1 from next versions and use only x.yz.q-SNAPSHOT
* Instead of replacing the .Alpha1 by .Final, we use x.yz.q (non-SNAPSHOT) which goes to staging. Someone then needs to approve the staged target.
