Then you'll need either:
* to have deltaspike jars published on a Maven repo and use the maven-dependency-plugin to get them
* to have those jars published anywhere on the Internat and use the maven-download-plugin:wget mojo to get them. See https://github.com/mickaelistria/maven-download-plugin
