Ok, so I can't do anything better for you. You should assign this bug to the deltaspike component and a deltaspike developer to check whether those jars could go into a Maven repo.
I saw this: http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/deltaspike/
There are some deltaspike jars that are part of the Central repo, maybe you could use them.
