But if my tests need some other reop, it needs to be declared in settings.xml which is shared among the team. I don't like approach, when only because of my tests, there has be to something inserted into our shared settings.xml. 

I would like to use the repos mentioned in settings.xml (releases/snapshots). Therefore there is no need to modify anything.
