Biggest problems when using and presenting OpenShift:

* "waiting to be reachable" is waay to slow to detect the app - the app is running, but still waiting to be reachable

* Creation of application blocks the UI - we should make it possible to put in the background to be able to show other things.

* Progress for push is showing nothing of all the text output - egit commit/push dialog does this; we should too.
