m2e-wtp moved here:

Other m2e-* moved here:

http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/m2e-extensions/

m2e aggregate sites (including extensions) are still here, which makes things much cleaner and more obvious what's what:

http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/requirements/m2eclipse/

Also added READMEs so we know what versions of m2e/m2e-* map to which Eclipse/JBT releases.

Also moved old things like m2e-wtp 0.13 and 0.14 and an old m2e-apt 1.0 build, and updated all the composite*.xml files I could find that ref the old locations. Hopefully nothing breaks! :)
