Yes to static links. I think this extends to all of the SOA and BRMS docs on this page. I propose using the following links for information:
- http://www.jboss.org/drools for DROOLS Tools
- http://www.jboss.org/guvnor for Guvnor Tools
- http://www.jboss.org/jbpm for jBMP Tools
- http://www.jboss.org/modeshape for ModeShape Tools

BPEL documentation seems to be within jbosstools-bpel still so will continue to be built with jenkins.
BPMN Converter is depreciated and no community documentation exists.

More exact links to the documentation could be used (e.g., http://docs.jboss.org/jbpm/v5.4/userguide/ch.eclipse-bpmn-plugin.html) but I do not advocate this as we risk these links breaking when new versions of the tools and associated documentation are produced.
