Looks like Koen version is not for Kepler M4, in Dali M4 they changed API even more. As an example ArrayListIterable class was moved from org.eclipse.jpt.common.utility.internal.iterables to org.eclipse.jpt.common.utility.iterable package.

Also java compliance level should be set to 1.6
