So to recap the issue here :
- if you had m2e 1.2 installed (and only m2e installed), installing JBT would drag m2eclipse-wtp 0.15.2 that'd prevent the installation
- if m2eclipse-wtp 0.15.3 was previously installed, JBT would install normally
- The fix makes JBT drag m2eclipse-wtp 0.15.3 instead, that is compatible with m2e 1.2.
