    Release Notes Text: In the OpenShift Explorer, domains and their applications can be deleted. After deleting a domain and the associated application, the Explorer continued to display the deleted applications and continued to show "Delete Domain" as an option in the context menu. This has been resolved and the Explorer now refreshes correctly. The Explorer no longer shows applications or allows a user to select "Delete Domain" after a domain and its applications have been deleted.
