which URL did you use to see the Kepler target platform? If http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/targetplatforms/jbosstoolstarget/4.30.0.Alpha1-SNAPSHOT/REPO/, it's currently broken due to Jenkins bug (contains 4.2 instead of 4.3).
