This is unfortunately how WTP and Eclipse provides Browser integration.

Main reason is probably that Open With is *always* available but Show In is dependent on the perspective.

I suggest we open a bug in WTP to see if this can be done better, for now we keep as is for consistency and not to put too many duplicate actions in the UI.
