Yes, in JBT4.1/JBDS7, PMD plugin 4 (for latest PMD binary 5.0.4) is the current installable option. We could rollback to 3.2.6 if we ([~maxandersen], [~ldimaggio], etc.) decided 4.0.0 was unstable / not good.
