The default handler classes for the following commands have been removed:

org.jboss.tools.central.openJBossNews
org.jboss.tools.central.openJBossBlogs

which can be the cause of an error like the following:

Plug-in org.jboss.tools.central was unable to load class org.jboss.tools.central.actions.OpenJBossNewsHandler

This issue is similar to the issue described in JBIDE-15013/JBIDE-14939
