With 3 out of 6 people +1'ing this, I've pushed it to the server. If you need me to change something I can still do so later. Resolving pending further tweaks/objections. 

If you've got IE or Safari handy, please point it at these pages and let me know if the CSS looks off (I only tested FF & Chrome on Linux64):
