Previously, there were actions to view workspace resources in BrowserSim:

In the Project Explorer tab, select a .html file and click the Run BrowserSim icon. Alternatively, right-click a .html file and click Open With→BrowserSim.

Now, the 'Run BrowserSim' icon just results in a blank simulated device and the 'Open With -> BrowserSim' menu item is missing. What's happened and what's the workaround for users who want to view workspace (non-deployed) resources with BrowserSim?
