Martin Malina updated JBIDE-15123:
----------------------------------

    Description:
In some cases the license shown when trying to download a runtime is an odd html page with a banner at the top.

Go to Preferences -> JBoss Tools -> Runtime Detection -> Download, select a server (e.g. AS 7.1.0 or EAP 6.1, but not AS 7.1.1) to download and proceed to the license agreement.
