The problem comes from Google Suite Plugin feature v.3.2.3.v201304260926-rel-r42. All works as expected when disabling this feature.

Also this feature isn't included into JBDS, so there is no such issue in JBDS.

There is an issue opened for GPE: http://code.google.com/p/google-plugin-for-eclipse/issues/detail?id=115 (Errors in ui.xml not displayed in Package Explorer to the left of file)
