Rob Stryker resolved JBIDE-15123.
---------------------------------

    Resolution: Rejected

These changes are intentional. Several changes were made which clearly indicate this is on purpose.

1) The old text-based license dialog has been replaced with a Browser object inside a more complete wizard A browser is obviously only required to render data more complex than plain text.

2) The stacks.yaml file has changed their license url to the html version instead of the .txt version

> In some cases the license shown when trying to download a runtime is an odd html page with a banner at the top.
> Go to Preferences -> JBoss Tools -> Runtime Detection -> Download, select a server (e.g. AS 7.1.0 or EAP 6.1, but not AS 7.1.1) to download and proceed to the license agreement.
