Verified with 4.1.0-SNAPSHOT CR1-v20130701-1919-B372. The following two scenarios are giving expected results:
* Only AS 7.1.1 runtime installed -> the requirement of Simplest Hello World Portlet is not fulfilled
* GateIn 3.6 runtime installed -> the requirement of Simplest Hello World Portlet is fulfilled
