    Steps to Reproduce: 
1. open the "Servers" tab
2. right click on the tab -> new -> server -> Apache - icons are broken - !icons.png|thumbnail! -> Tomcat 7
3. Try to run Tomcat server. The following error message will appear !serverError.png|thumbnail!
