I have installed JbossTools on the fresh Eclipse for RCP and RAP Developers (4.3).  

Nicks Steps: 
Add this URL to your Eclipse before attempting to install JBoss Tools, 
in order to resolve all dependencies.

Update Sites:
http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/JBossTools-4.1.0.CR1a.core/

after installing all plugins I've found the following bug on windows, linux
