BrowserSim preferences window how have two tabs with info split. So need to update relevant customization sections. Namely:
* Add Devices to BrowserSim
* Change the Default Behavior when a Device does not Fit the Display
* Change the Default Location for Saved Screen Captures
* Change the Default Settings for Weinre
