Viacheslav Kabanovich updated JBIDE-15186:
------------------------------------------

Description: This issue is related to JBIDE-10881. It is not as severe but still when cursor is moving repeatedly by arrows, it moves about 1.5 times slower than in WTP's HTML editor. Selection bar is updated at every change in cursor position. Instead, we should try the same solution that was used to fix JBIDE-10881 - schedule updating job, and do not schedule another one until the first is not finished.
