Clarification of pack files

* 1.0.0.x - no pack file
* 1.0.0.CR2 - pack file contains no classes
* 1.0.0.CR2-B19 - pack file contains no classes
* 1.0.0.CR1-v20130627-1947-B17 - pack file contains no classes
* 1.0.0.CR1-v20130627-1632-B16 - pack file contains no classes
* 0.0.1 - pack file contains the nested jar
